I never minded the Pussycat Dolls. I mean, there music isn't the best in the whole wide world but it's got a good beat and fun to workout to. and they can dance. but I will admit, there was a small part of me that always thought Nicole Scherzinger was a little bit … airy. I remember The Sing-Off where she was a judge and her "constructive criticism" always went along the lines of "what you just did was truly beautiful …"; "you're beautiful, I love it …" or "I really see how beautiful your voice is …". Then there were tears. For like every team. You see what I'm getting at right … ?

Well, fast forward a couple of years, she's a Dancing with the Stars winner (which again, I don't think is a hard-won accomplishment given the fact that she was part of a DANCE TROUPE – hello!?) and a new judge on The X-Factor (U.S.). and now I'm beginning to realize something – SHE is beautiful.

I'm very happy to see her in non-Pussycat Doll wardrobe, and while from time to time she chooses some odd hairdos, I think her make-up is 90 percent of the time done fabulously. she can carry a heavy dramatic face as per her PCD days, but she also looks stunning when pulling off a barely there makeup look. I've been looking to her lately for inspiration given her fabulous skintone.

I'm a big fan of her lined eyes and her glorious hair.
