Is there anything I can do for gas and bloating during pregnancy?
HELP! I'm convinced that 75% of my morning sickness is this awful bloated and gassy feeling I have constantly, because whenever I am able to pass some gas I do feel better.
Problem is, how do I get rid of the gas? I tried diet modifications, taking walks, lying down with my knees up and massaging my stomach, and also taking Gas-X, Beano and papaya.
Any suggestions? Anything that worked for you?
