Natural Family Planning Made Easy – A New Concept on Birth Control

1319679252 36 Natural Family Planning Made Easy A New Concept on Birth Control natural family planning fertile days condom abstinence

There are several methods of birth control. The most common practices among couplesare the use of contraceptives like condoms, pills, IUD and the natural family planning method which is the rhythm method. out of the four mentioned, the latter is the most economical one since you do not have to purchase it on local drugstores. it is being used only with the guide of a calendar and it is here where the woman marks the first day of her menstrual period. by monitoring it daily, she could determine if it is her safe period or if she is on her fertile days.

However, there are some couples who are at a loss sometimes when using this method because they are not very much knowledgeable on when is the right time to have intercourse without fear of getting pregnant. or when is the fertile period of a woman to observe abstinence or to use other form of contraceptive like condom to avoid the prospect of the woman getting pregnant. Other couples on the other hand are sometimes confused on when to start countingthe number of days and whether it is before or after the first menstrual day that the woman is on her safe period.

There was a product developed years ago to help couples in using this rhythm method which is called the Cycle Beads and was introduced by Institute of Reproductive Health. Cycle Beads is in the form of an oversize necklace or a rosary. it has a string of 32 colored beads each one representing one day of a woman’s menstrual cycle. The string of beads has a small black rubber ring that is moved from bead to bead each day. The color of the beads indicates the likelihood of pregnancy. however, using this Cycle Beads at times when both couple are sopre-occupied with their respective jobs may tend either partner to forget moving the rubber ring on a certain day and if that happens, the moving sequence might be lost altogether.

With the same theory as Cycle Beadsbut discountingthe process of moving a rubber ring each day, a new concept on birth control was developed to guide couples on their family planning activity, the DontGetPreggy guide. with the help of this guide, the couple has to remember only the first day of the menstrual period of the woman. by opening theguide and by counting the number of days from the first day of her menstruation she will instantly know if it is her safe period or fertile period.

Special Report: Condom Controversy Part 2

Special Report: Condom Controversy Part 2 sexual intercourses hiv aids condom chairperson aids

Asked if teenagers should carry condoms, mr Mechai Viravaidya, a famous activist encouraging people to carry and use condoms, asked the public which option will be safer: having sex with or without using condoms. he said failure to carry and use condoms might lead to infections of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS.

Mr Mechai, also founder and chairperson of a foundation in his own name, shot another rhetorical question if teenagers will be more interested to have sexual intercourses when they carry condoms. he explained that teenagers are in the age of discovery as they want to try new things but he uttered that it does not mean that they will have immediate sexual urges when they walk pass convenience stores where condoms are sold.

The condom campaigner expressed his opinion that the importance of this issue is not with the mother of the young idol suggesting her son to carry condoms. he pointed out that he is a human being and all human beings are created to have sexual interest by nature; therefore, he said a more crucial point of discussion here should be how to have sex safely.

As for the mother of the young actor, mr Mechai said he wants to compliment her to be such a smart mother and she should be nominated the best modern mother on the National Mother’s Day. he explained that teenagers in average have their first sexual experience when they are about 15-16 years old; thereby, parents should teach their children well.

Following this news, the Ministries of Public Health and Education as well as related sectors should use this little phenomenon as their opportunity to call for social recognition on the use of condom at early age. Cultural values should be adapted to the modern world, and the related ministries should join hands in making sure that sex is no longer a taboo but is taught in classrooms properly.

What You Didn’t Know About Condoms

What You Didnt Know About Condoms safe sex pregnancy popular belief hiv condom bodily fluids

For some, the subject of sex can be taboo, but it really needn’t be. Sex is something which is performed everyday all over the world-whether you are heterosexual, homosexual, young, middle aged or mature; everyone has sex at some point in their lives, whether it is for recreation or procreation. When it comes to having sex, safety is key for both the protection of yourself and your partner.

In order to be as safe as possible from sexually transmitted diseases, HIV and pregnancy, you should wear a condom in every instance where you are partaking in sexual intercourse. We are all aware of condoms, and you may also be aware of the different variations of condoms which are available on the market at the moment. You may feel that you are well educated when it comes to condoms and practising safe sex, but condoms actually play a key role in protecting us in all aspects of our sex lives:

-As many people are aware, condoms are vital in order to prevent against the spreading of STIs which can be caught through the exchanging of bodily fluids. They are also key in protecting yourself from HIV and contrary to popular belief-you cannot catch HIV from an infected partner when wearing a condom unless there is a fault with your condom. This is why it is important that you check the expiry dates of your condoms, and only use lubricants with compatible condoms.

-Some STIs and HIV can be passed on through oral sex as well as penetrative sex, so help yourself be further protected by wearing a condom during oral sex also.

-Many fear that their condom will break easily unless dealt with very gently. Condoms which are made from materials such as latex are designed to withstand great stretching, but all condoms are extensively tested to get a grasp of their durability. If you are worried about weak condoms, ensure you only purchase condoms which are certified as being tested.

-We often worry about catching STIs through the exchanging of semen or vaginal secretions, but some STIs can also be caught through skin to skin contact. Unless you are sensible enough to wear a condom, you could potentially catch diseases such as Syphilis, Genital Warts and Herpes, which can remain dormant in some people, thus not show any visible signs of the disease.

-Every year, around 440 million Americans purchase condoms of different varieties. With the rise in sexually transmitted diseases, the more people who wear a condom during sex, the lower the percentage will be of those who catch an STI. The less you wear a condom, the more chances you have of catching an STI, or if you are female, falling pregnant also.

-In order to maintain safety at all times, you should always change your condom if performing a sex act during intercourse and always after ejaculation has occurred. By continuing with a used condom, you are risking the chances of it breaking which can then lead to pregnancy or STI transference.

And did you know.

-When first produced, condoms were only available on prescription. As time has gone on, there have been developments in medicine, which has resulted in condoms now being produced in latex and synthetic materials. Although now used as a method of birth control, condoms were originally only prescribed to men to protect themselves from STIs if they were seeking sex from prostitutes. However, women were not allowed such a luxury as condoms as the use of condoms would prevent them from falling pregnant. My how times have changed

'Mates endurance' condoms WHATS WRONG?

'Mates endurance' condoms WHATS WRONG? girlfriend freak out duration condoms condom anaesthetic

I had sex with my girlfriend, and we used 'mates endurance' condoms. They have a special anaesthetic on them or something to prolong male orgasm or something, and after using them my girlfriend is REALLY HYPER! It's lie shes possessed! Could it be the anaesthetic on the condom?? I'm really scared.
Thanks.

Could be that she is sensitive to whatever ingredient is used the condom. or could be not related to that at all. If you use the condoms again and she has the same reaction, I would try a different brand. maybe she is just wound up over the longer than usual sex.

Some people act in a very unusual manner when they reach orgasm. I think that is the reason for this… if it happen evey time you two had sex, then it is normal for her for sure.

dont freak out, sometimes people dont show the same signs of having orgasms
and these condoms r used for long duration intercourse, how long did it take to make her orgasm!
