RiveraWell I have to say it did whiten my teeth a bit but I don’t think I would get fast sufficient results if I just stick to their once each other week deal, so I’m going to combine it with another treatment. Oh yeah and it did make my gums a bit sore but hey beauty never comes without a price… right? The substitute gel ran out of my mouth guard and was hard to keep in my mouth and not swallow. The whitener with the blue light worked but I necessitated more time than 20 minutes. unless I use a straw to drink coffee and red wine my teeth do darken again. The price is diffentely better than paying what most dentist charge. I would commend this product.
