i'm going to an amusement park tomorrow and i would like to know how i can keep my self safe from the swine flu?
and does vitamin C help?
be very cautious and sanitary
answer my buds question and guess our age
vitamin c does not help the imune system is caught off gaurd by the new virus and nothing will help stop it from spreading to you exept if the person with it covers their mouth with their SLEEVE not their hand and washes their hands freely if you go to the immusment park stay away from sneezing and coughing people and wash your hands after every ride or two because a infected person may have touched the ride and put the virus on that ride so after rides do not touch your face and wash your hands more than when you go to the bathroom wash your hands about every ride for maximum protection
Bring along a hand sanitizer and make sure you use it before you eat and try, (if you can) to avoid public washrooms.
Well, you would want to wash your hands before you eat, keep hand sanitary wipes around, possibly wear a mask, drink lots of fluids before, and if you are already sick, don't go. Don't touch your nose or your eyes too much, that is how germs get into your body.
Vitamin C would most likely help because it is a vitamin that builds up your immune system. just basically be healthy and try to avoid germs. try to especially avoid people that seem to be sneezing and coughing alot.
I hope this helped…
Don't eat the corn dogs.
