Remington Foil Shaver
i cant use a electric razor,it breaks my face out.
I like the Philips / Norelco shavers. They seem to give me a close shave with less irritation.
All the Norelco models you've listed will give you exactly the same shave. They just have different convenience features
I've owned both the rotary and the foil shaver. its Remington Foil shaver for me from now on. It just gives a better shave and I've had no problems with the shaver. Cordless is the way to go.
I enjoy a corded razor, the motor speed is always the same speed.Battery razors will slow down with the use of battery until they stop or are dead.and this seams to happen when your in a rush, and there you sit with a dead razor.Electric razor constant speed always ready to use.as for what brand to purchase only your face will tell you that.and if you don't have any other razor to compare it to,you will not really know the difference anyway.I use a Remington Foil Shaver.I have sensitive skin.

Natural Cure For Leg Cramps Using This Homeopathic Remedy
There may be many natural cures for leg cramps, but I doubt if there is one that is faster or more effective than the common one found in most homeopathic home prescribing kits. Finding a natural cure for leg cramps, means looking for the cause. once you know the cause and treat that, the effect, the leg cramps disappear.
How much better is that approach, than one which only treats the effect?
Leg cramps, just as any cramps, tend to come about because the muscles have been contracted, and now can’t release. this can occur because you are deficient in the appropriate nutrients or because you can’t absorb them. you have a digestive imbalance.
Magnesium is often deficient when leg cramps occur. but before you rush out and buy a magnesium supplement, you need to know something about supplements.
Supplements are not all equal. most are made in a laboratory and consist of a nutrient in isolation. Such as selenium or iron or vitamin B. you didn’t evolve to take your nutrients from a laboratory. you evolved to get all your nutrients from food.
The trouble with food today, is that it is often nutrient poor due to farming practices which are more concerned about quantity than quality. The procedure of processing or de-naturing food also removes many of the essential nutrients for a healthy digestion.
So your nutrients need to come from food which has not be processed or de-natured, and grown with quality in mind. a super food can fit this category, such as the blue green algae Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae. especially those grown in naturally healthy environments, without man-made pollution.
However, if the leg cramps are because you can’t absorb the magnesium in your diet, then you need to re-balance this lack of absorption.
One of the best ways to do this is to take the appropriate homeopathic remedy. Homeopathy, a natural and complete modality of health care, works by restoring your immune system to an efficient level. this then re-balances you.
There are many homeopathic remedies which can trigger your natural cure for leg cramps, depending on your individual cause and symptom picture (collection of symptoms). but the remedy Magnesium phosphoricum, or Mag phos is one of the most common.
