In today’s society, it’s easy to get stressed. Relaxing is something that I consider to be essential, everyone can do with a bit of relaxation stress relief. There is so much more stress nowadays than there was one or two decades ago. we all rush around trying to get our seemingly endless daily chores done, before we collapse into our beds, in a coma from over kill of the days events. Stress if left, can kill – so its imperative to seek some stress relief before it gets to the point of no return.
So what is the answer, and what can be done to alleviate the stress, the tension headaches, the aching necks and shoulder muscles? the answer is Plenty
You MUST take out time for yourself. Whatever it is that you love to do, incorporate it into your daily routine, without any excuses – take some time out for YOU Here’s some things to consider:
1. Go for a walk
2. Play some sport
3. Go for a Swim
4. do some Meditating
5. have a Massage
6. Stretch your body
As you can see, there are 7 great idea’s off the top of my head. you could probably come up with many more.
Some people find it relaxing to chat with friends, or go see a movie – anything that chills you out. Don’t be too hard on yourself and push yourself to the max. you really aren’t doing yourself or anyone around you any favours by being a hero and trying to do everything yourself.
Be careful not to dismiss any signs of stress. While it is normal to have some stress in our daily lives, it shouldn’t take over to the point of you being anxious or depressed. Anxiety and Depression are debilitating ailments where most sufferers suffer in silence because of the stigma attached. There is mountains of help out there today, you are not alone.
