What is the best way to do REFLEXOLOGY at home?
i need a really good diagram and step by step instructions. can you help me please?
You can work out reflexology points yourself.. just think of your feet as 10 vertical zones, the big toe's are the middle of your body the little toes the sides. now see the toes as your head and the heel as your pelvis and everything else falls in between.
